Stuff
So I went to a wedding this weekend on a beach and it was cool and all and I took pictures and Ill probably post them later but right now... I simply want to suggest that you all head over to my music blog, lucidmedia, for not only a great new album by serial groovsters Harvey Milk, but (and more specifically) for what is just a really great drunk post by fellow contributor Piotr Rasputin. Worth reading.

harvey milk is real sludgy. i like some of the songs though. i bet they're insanely loud live.
ReplyDeleteI can only hope. Its kind of hard to get to concerts where I live, even harder to get to a metal show worth seeing. Only one I've been to of late is Gotsu Totsu Kotsu 2 weekends ago (who's album I actually posted a while ago on Lucid).
ReplyDeleteI may have stolen that 'serial doomsters' comment from a Rise Above Recs review of Church of Misery. I can't remember if its true or not, but considering that A.) Church of Misery are the ultimate doom band and B.) they nly seing about serial killers, I would think that that description is more apt to them than to Harvey Milk (despite HM's streak at the top of the doom acts list).
